  • Can the digital frame receive photos after connecting to WiFi? Does it support TF card identification storage?
Yes, the digital frame can receive photos after connecting to WiFi. Once connected to WiFi, the digital frame generates a unique and secure code that can be used to connect the Frameo app on your mobile phone. Using the app, you can easily send photos to the photo frame. It is important to note that the digital frame only supports connecting to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and does not support connecting to a 5GHz network at this time. If you are unable to use an app with your camera, you can still transfer photos to the digital frame using an alternative method. Our WiFi frame has a Micro SD card slot that supports TF card identification transmission. You can insert a TF card into the photo frame and transfer your photos directly to the card. The maximum compatible format for the TF card is 64G. In summary, the digital frame supports these two convenient transmission methods. The internal storage of the photo frame is also a large-capacity 32G (about 3G is system space, 29G is storage space), providing ample space for your photos.
  • How many language selection settings does the photo frame support?
Our electronic frame currently supports 29 language selections. The default language setting is international English. However, you can easily switch to another language of your choice. To change the language setting, simply tap the screen and select the "Settings" icon from the pop-up window. Next, select the "My frame" option and then choose "Set language" to switch to the system language of your preference.
  • Does this frame come with a battery?
Our photo frame does not come with a rechargeable battery. It can only be connected to a socket through the included power adapter as the power supply for the picture frame. We made this decision because the high-definition display screen continuously displays photos or videos, and the battery life would be too short to meet the actual needs of users. We also prioritize environmental protection and do not provide battery options.
