Warranty Policy

All Eptusmey digital photo frames come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Hardware failures not caused by misuse or accidental damage.

What's Not Covered:

  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, drops, or water exposure.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) that does not affect function.
  • Issues caused by improper installation or use not in accordance with instructions.

Warranty Process:

To start a warranty claim, please contact us at support@eptusmey.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

We’ll review your request and may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, or a full replacement based on the situation.

Important Notes:

  • Warranty is only valid for purchases made directly from eptusmey.com or authorized retailers.

We reserve the right to require proof of purchase and to limit warranty coverage to the country in which the original purchase was made.
